Beyoncé Receives No. 1 Album for the Sixth Time W/ “Lemonade”

 

The first week sales totals for Beyoncé’s visual album LEMONADE are in and to nobody’s surprise the pop sensation has delivered her sixth chart-topping LP.

According to Nielsen Music, the new project sold 485,000 copies in its first seven days of availability with an official number totaling 653,000 if you count online streams (which are exclusive through TIDAL).

Beyoncé is the only artist ever to have their first six albums all reach No. 1 on the charts and her latest effort will continue to bring in the money as she travels the world with DJ Khaled on The Formation Tour.
