Chris Brown Wins Custody Battle

Chris Brown follows in Future’s footsteps this week by winning his own custody battle against Nia Guzman over their daughter Royalty.

TMZ reports that the ex-couple appeared in a courtroom yesterday as Guzman was requesting Brown’s visitation rights be reduced. She claimed that his smoking and gang affiliations are not good for their daughter and asked that he be monitored moving forward when he would spend time with her.

The judge wasn’t hearing any of her story however, and ruled in favor of Chris meaning that he will continue to see Royalty 12 days a month without supervision.

Nia also asked for her monthly child support payments to be raised from their current rate of $2,500 to a whopping $16,000 which will be handled at another time.
