Rocko Hits Future With A $10 Million Lawsuit

FUTURE’S LEGAL TEAM STAYS BUSY.
While still battling it out with his ex girlfriend and mother of his child Ciara in court, Atlanta rapper Future now has to deal with another lawsuit, this time involving unpaid royalties to Rocko.
Rocko is suing for $10 million because of a contract Future signed in 2011 stating his first six albums would be released under A1 Records. Soon after, L.A. Reid and Epic Records signed a distribution deal with Future and Freebandz.
According to Rocko things started to go south when Future cut a side deal with Epic that landed him multi-million dollar advances and now claims he’s owed 25%.
Rocko states he is also owed 20% of Future’s earnings (touring, endorsements, merchandise) from the 360 deal he signed with A1 Recordings for a total of more than $10 million in outstanding debt.
Don’t expect to see Future and Rocko perform “Chosen One” or “UOENO” live together any time soon.
